the biggest size of the quartz slab is 3500X2000mm(138.8*78.7 Inch), some people also name it super jumbo size, and it getting more popular in recent days, should be aware that not all models are available in this size.
some countries like South Africa might want different sizes such as 3200X1800mm(126*70.8 inch), 3200X1850mm, and 3050X1500mm, we are also able to produce them.

there are four thicknesses, including 15mm, 18mm, 20mm, and 30mm,

How Much?
Price varies according to different requirements, if customers have a specific need, we can offer the actual prices Accordingly. some customers might be new to Buy Quartz Slabs, We will give them some basic idea of the price.
How Long Will Take For Production?
most of the time, the production will take around 15-25 days for 1-3 containers.
for some easy colors like pure white or super white, production will only take around 10-15 days, and some Difficult colors or patterns might take more time.
Other Factors like busy season/Off-Season, Quantity of the ordered colors, holidays, Raw Materials Supply, etc will also affect the production time.
so it changes based on actual production. but don’t worry, our production is strong, we will Deliver as fast as we can.
How Is The Payment?
there are three Payment Terms:
1. 30% TT in Advanced, Balance finish before load
2. 100% TT full payment in advance
3. 30% TT in Advanced, Balance finish within 7 days after load (this payment term is same with balance against BL Copy, we usually get BL copy same day with loading, for old customers)
For Old Customers Who have bought More Than 10 Containers From Us, We Can do one container balance before arriving port.
How Much Is The Freight?
Different Countries, Different Seasons, and Different shipping Companies, The Freight might have big differences, Sometimes the freight is cheap, but sometimes it can rise a lot.
For Example, now is February 2025:
=Freight to the UK/PORTUGAL is around 1900 dollars;
=Freight To America West Cost Is Around 2300 dollars;
=Freight To America East Cost Is Around 3000 dollars;
=Freight To Africa Is Around 2500-3000 dollars;

We More Like to do FOB, because the freight price can change a lot in a short time. but we can book ship space for Our customers, and the freight can be paid to us or our forwarder Directly, this way is the same with CIF.

Can You Print Our Names On The Quartz Slabs?
We can print names on the side and back of the slabs.
Can You Stick Brand Labels On The Slabs?
We can print and stick customer’s brand labels, to print the label, we need detailed files of the Label.
Can You Customize The Pattern Or Color?
we can customize the pattern and color, but we need a sample to match it Exactly.
Can You Send Samples?
we can send samples, Samples Are Free.
The Courier Cost Might Be high according to sample weight and Destination Country. For our old customers, we can pay the courier cost. for a new customer, they only need to pay for the courier cost for the first time, and we will deduct this cost after the customer places an order to us.
By the way, for a sample size of 10x20x2cm, the weight will be around 1kg.

we produce based on customer’s orders. Sometimes there will be some slabs left from Production or the customer’s Canceled order, the stock quantity and models are Limited.
Do You Have Second Quality Quartz Slabs?
The second quality or B-Quality slab is the kind of slab with some flaws that comes out of Production. Usually, when we produce 100 slabs, there will be around 2-8 Unqualified slabs that have flaws. The Quantity and models are also limited, the price is 20% or 30% Discount, but the stock checking takes a lot of time, and some customers might just ask instead of buying.
To Avoid the case of taking too much time and getting nothing, we would ask for an advance payment if the customer wants B-quality slabs.
Tips: for some B-quality slabs, the flaw is small, after a discount price, it will be a good deal.
Note: The Payment term for buying B-quality slabs must be full payment before load.
Do You Have Zero Silica Quartz Slabs?
We have zero Silica and low silica quartz stone slabs.
How To Off-Load Quartz Slabs From A Container?

there are forklifts that can lift a different weight, and the forklift can be rented. if customers have a small Forklift, they can offload the slabs like 2 slabs each time. if the forklift is big, they can take a full pallet of the quartz slabs at one time.
